The only complaint I had was the walls seemed thin on one side of us and there was a loud family one night that kept us up a bit. Luckily it didn’t last too long but just one issue. "The staff was awesome!! The bartenders at the onsite bar were fabulous! The only downside was the room. While it eas extremely spacious even with a king bed it was all white NO decor. Made you feel as though you were in a hospital room. The floors are laminate not carpet and while all appeared clean our socks/feet were black after walking on it. It does look like they are trying to upgrade gradually. The location is GREAT for South Beach. Everything we needed was within walking distance."

"The Penguin was exactly what we needed. Whatever amenities were not available there (e.g., pool, bar, breakfast) were in the adjoining partner hotel(s).
