Beautiful hotel, fantastic attentive staff. Spoilt only by the excessively loud music round the adult only wet bar. Appear to be catering more for the day visitors than the guests paying to stay at the hotel. Further spoilt on Saturday night by extremely loud music from the beach club until 2am. Appreciate the vibe the hotel is trying to create, but would expect events like this to be communicated to the guests so they’re forewarned! That aside, a fantastic hotel.

Unfortunately, this hotel does not meet the service expectations typically associated with the W brand worldwide. The service is inefficient, the hotel is overcrowded, and overall, the structure of the property is disappointing—especially when compared to the images presented on the website. It is disappointing to say this, as I am a loyal supporter of the W chain, which I consider to be excellent. However, there are many aspects that need improvement, both in terms of service and the physical structure of the hotel.
