「Die Lage des Objekts war in einer sehr schönen, sauberen und sicheren Wohngegend in Agoura Hills. Das Haus hat 4 Schlafzimmer und 3 Badezimmer. Empfangen wurden wir von der Besitzerin Gloria. Die Unterkunft war beim Einzug gereinigt und gut vorbereitet. Der Pool und Whirlpool waren auch vorbereitet und gleich nutzbar. Was uns nicht gefallen hat war die Küche. Diese war nicht komplett ausgestattet ( z.B. fehlten Weingläser ) und ist schon sehr veraltet und auch nicht gut gepflegt worden. Von dort...

「We loved the view and the generous grounds around the property. Lots to explore. Some of the outdoor furniture could have been set up cleaner but overall loved reading and relaxing outside. The beds were all very comfortable. The kitchen and coffee etc was great - thank you! The plumbing is old and we respect that but it was unusual for us to abide by some of the requirements and the upstairs shower didn't drain. 「We had a fabulous trip in Malibu at this house. The views are breathtaking, plenty of room for everyone and it was clean. We utilized the pool/hot tub, tennis courts, etc. The concierge team was also very helpful! They had arranged things requested prior to our arrival, gave us numerous options for services (groceries, masssages, etc). The fridge/kitchen was stocked when we arrived and they also helped fix any issues we had. I highly recommend this magical spot! 」

「Roya was very responsive and an amazing host. The whole process from booking to any additional requests was smooth and Roya was very accommodating. The property is clean and in a great location. We look forward to renting from Roya again and highly reccomend it to anyone.」

「This is atruely a spectacular home but was disappointed when the manager called me to tell me that the owner had seen a pet on the property which was completely untrue as none of the three people had a pet. Not sure where he got that but an incident like that just leaves a bad taste.」
