In the fantastic town of Olgiasca, on Lake Como, stands Villa Michelangelo, a modern jewel, full of style and comfort, capable of guaranteeing the customer an unforgettable holiday. You will be able to admire the most beautiful view of Lake Como. Unique in its kind, the splendid panoramic position allows you to reach the mountains, the lake and the center of Colico in just a few minutes. The Villa is independent and fenced, with a surface area of ​​over 2000 m2, and is positioned on two floors, with 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms. Ideal for hosting groups or large families, giving the opportunity to spend time all together, in the vast spaces that the property offers, all surrounded by a green park full of flowers and plants typical of our lake. The upper floor is characterized by a large open space lounge, with a modern kitchen complete with all the latest generation appliances. A fabulous extra-large sofa allows you to enjoy the fantastic view of the lake from the panoramic window, with plays of light, which in the evening hours will make the view unique. A large table overlooks the panoramic window and will allow the whole group to spend unforgettable moments, lunches and dinners. A 65" multi-language Ultra HD 4K smartTV will complete your entertainment. The two bedrooms are respectively one double and one triple with single beds, with memory comfort mattresses. Bathroom complete with shower cubicle with chromotherapy. An illuminated marble staircase leads to the lower floor, where we find a double bedroom, two bathrooms, a triple bedroom and the laundry room. In the fourth bedroom there is a double bed and a single bed, with an independent internal bathroom, for those who prefer maximum privacy. A cellar with an exposed stone wall can give life to romantic candlelit dinners. Outside, the villa is equipped with a gazebo with exposed wood, where it will be possible to spend fantastic evenings, cheered by the view of the lake and the lake breeze. For your entertainment, five-a-side football and table tennis are at your disposal. At your disposal are the fiber wi-fi service and independent secure parking inside the villa for 3 cars.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, die Villa liegt auf einem kleinen Berg und man hat einen wundervollen Ausblick auf den See. Das Haus ist sehr groß und geräumig, ebenso sehr sauber, man hat alles was man braucht, zu Fuß erreicht man einen kleinen Bäcker und ein Restaurant, mit dem Auto ist man in wenigen Minuten an einem Supermarkt oder man findet genügend andere Restaurants in der Nähe. Wir kommen gerne wieder , der Comer See ist wunderschön Grazie Michele

Ho soggiornato in questa splendida villa durante la settimana di capodanno insieme ai miei amici e abbiamo passato delle giornate meravigliose. Oltre alla meravigliosa vista e ai servizi che questa casa offre, il proprietario Michele è stato super disponibile e ha sempre risposto velocemente a qualsiasi mio messaggio durante la nostra permanenza. Check-in facile e tutto in linea con quanto scritto online. Super consigliata!

Wir haben tolle und erholsame Ferien in diesem sehr schönen Haus erlebt. Das Haus ist sehr grosszügig und sauber. Die Aussicht vom Wohnbereich und vom Pool war grossartig, so wie auf den Fotos. Der einzige Wermutstropfen war, dass der Pool, nicht wie in der Anzeige ausgeschrieben, kein Privatpool ist. Man teilt ihn mit den umliegenden Ferienwohnungen. Aus unserer Sicht müsste dies in der Beschreibung unbedingt erwähnt sein. Ein sehr feines Restaurant ist in 2 Gehminuten erreichbar.. Colico ist mit dem Auto 10 Minuten vom Haus entfernt. Eine kleine Bucht erreicht man ebenfalls zu Fuss in ca. 15 Minuten. Die Inhaber haben wir nicht persönlich kennengelernt, obwohl sie direkt nebenan wohnen. Jedoch bei Fragen via Whatsapp haben wir immer schnell eine Antwort gekriegt. Wir würden das Haus weiterempfehlen mit Hinweis darauf, dass der Pool geteilt werden muss.

Great view of Lake Como and nice neighborhood. Good information from the host on the property and surrounding area. We were disappointed to find that we had to share the pool with another property. I don't feel this was clear in the property description. One thing I feel I must comment on: the host berated me for not communicating through "What's App," which I do not have. I feel that, since I booked through VRBO, I should be able to communicate through VRBO. I tried to call the host a couple of times, and he did not answer my calls, but rather told me I should communicate through an App that I did not have. If this is a requirement, it should be communicated as such. We did have an issue with losing power at the property, but the host did respond quickly to that.

We really enjoyed staying at this location. A bit of a drive from the small towns with ferries, but it was a lovely property with awesome pool and view! The check in was very easy and it was well equipped! There was a lot of information for things to do. Especially loved the little market that we walked to every day for fruit, cheese, bread and more. Also, a lovely little hotel/restaurant called Concha Azurra (I think) that we could walk to around the corner and the food was delicious and service great! would love to return to Olgiasca!

We loved our stay! The house suited our needs for our 2 night stay in Lake Como and we loved the proximity to a lovely hike over the peninsula and away from the "touristy" spots of Lake Como. A couple notes... the pool view is not the view from the house and there is actually a house in most of the view of the house with only a side view of the lake out of the main window so that was a disappointment and honestly a bit deceiving based on the pictures. There were no toiletries (soap/shampoo) provided and NO top sheets on beds... So you should bring your own if those are important to you!

We stayed here in early April - 6 adults, the Villa is amazing as are the views and Michelle the owner cannot do enough for you, he even has some home made wine in the cellar for 5 euros which would give most £30 bottles a run for its money. The location is slightly rural, and you will require a car to explore, however most major places around the lake are no more than 1 hours drive, with most being much closer, great for scenic walks. I cannot recommend this place enough, we will return some day. Truly amazing and highly recommended.

Our family loved this property and would love to stay again. The property is well appointed and allows plenty of room for everyone to relax and soak up the beautiful views. We enjoyed using the kitchen which had everything we needed. The host was helpful and easy to work with. Now we need to come back so we can enjoy the pool in season!
